Dislikes

Performance Appraisals here are not fair. People are not rated on the basis of work performance. There should be proper scorecard and transparent rating system.

Salary on time, it has a brand name, if one will work hard it is no difficult to achieve success at Relaince Jio with good incentive schemes and appraisals. They acknowlege and respect your opinions for improvisation.

Dislikes

No work life balance, condescending attitude of senior corporate authorities, sudden unexpected meetings, at the end numbers matter which is not bad as sales at the end is backbone of every company.
