Job Description

  • RIL HMD and VMD CBFS business.
    • Inventory management of HMD /VMD products, critical analysis of market and propose corrective action.
    • Co-ordination with HMD / VMD sites for logistic / QC related issues (if any).
    • Develop Market for CBFS HMD / VMD Business
    • Also to manage JMD CSO business some existing and new customers accounts.
    • Preparation of Annual Sales Plan
    • Preparation of Monthly Pricing Proposals for HMD & VMD Business
    • Co-ordinating with Commercial team for releasing the CN/DN as per business requirement and other accounts related activities.
    • Co-ordination with Customer Master (MDM) / IT team for smooth functioning of Customers First portal and extend system support to customers as and when required.
    • Coordinating / Interfacing with all concerned i.e. Logistics, Commercial & other Groups for smooth operation of business processes.
    • Prepare MIS and Statistical data for business reviews from time to time.

Job Accountabilities:

  • To Develop new market of CSO [JMD FO, LSHS & HMD and VMD products] by identifying / creating sales opportunities with Customers and work to develop strong Channel network for scalable & sustainable business growth.
    • To achieve set Sales & Contribution targets for CSO business. Executing / managing sales, managing customer relationships and providing customer service for attaining full satisfaction of customers.
    • Co-ordination with manufacturing sites, Sales targets achievement assigned for the Geographical Area. Managing sales to domestic customers with product application support.
    • Seek market intelligence, track competing offers, track activities of various players, propose pricing to optimise Contribution and achieve set targets, critically analyse the situation in the Market and provide inputs for pricing.
    • Develop strong Channel network.
    • Managing customer relationships and provide customer service for attaining full satisfaction of customer.

    • Must be SAP conversant
    • A good Team member
  • Candidate with experience of marketing of similar products in the past with related technical background will be an added advantage
