Jio Platforms - Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence (3-7 yrs)

Position Summary - JPL Team is seeking a dynamic AI Product Manager to lead the development, deployment and scaling of AI-driven products. Operating at the crossroads of advanced AI technology, customer requirements, and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative solutions to life. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, product management skills, and a deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage AI and ML to identify emerging trends and develop innovative product concepts.

- Conduct in depth market research and customer analysis to identify new AI opportunities.

- Create and manage comprehensive pro duct roadmaps aligned with the company's AI strategy.

- Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining features, functionalities, and target markets.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

- Participate in scrum meetings, release planning, and beta launches to track progress and address challenges.

- Define and execute pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies for product launches.

- Conduct soft launches, collect customer feedback, and iterate product offerings accordingly.

- Track product performance metrics and refine the product based on feedback and market trends.

- Represent the product at global forums and expos to enhance visibility and build partnerships.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Hand on experience in the product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.

- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CSPO (Certified CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), Scrum Product Owner) are a bonus.

- Prepare Business Case (Identify Market Size, Adoption Projection, Pricing Scenarios, Revenue Projection, P&L Statement)

- Seamless execution of initiatives / tasks with cross functional teams

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business problems.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross -functional teamwork.

Ability to create business cases, including market size, pricing scenarios, and revenue projections.

Proficiency in handling multiple product launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Deep knowledge of cloud services, hardware, software and telecommunications products.

Proven ability to create impactful product documentation, presentations and marketing material.
