I really enjoyed working at Reliance general insurance, I enjoyed the good information and guidance given by the people there I like it.

I like working in Reliance general insurance but there a keep more pressure opinion than time that's all at work and nothing else and I liked the rest very much.

Very supportive team and also my reporting manager I will always miss my team and my manager..

Top Managers were very helpful especially NSM. They treated very well to the Management Trainee and gave the chance to learn more not much pressure of target was made to the new joinee .

There is nothing to dislike overall things were good but I didn't get much support from Manager and senior colleagues at initial and whenever needed.

its my mother company i had started my career in that company, it is very Good company but heads are not handling the staff in properly, all employees are not treated equally

There is always communication gap between HR and staff in which problem cannot get solve easily. It is very hard to recruit team in emergency situation

L2 Bosses behave like shit, has to work on Sundays too. Conference call at 9pm. Don't join very toxic environment. After Hinduja Deal this place has became hell hole.

Whatever you do, Whatever your performance in organisation or Whatever Value you add it doesnot matter to senior management for your growth. They don't care even if you have overachieved your targets by 200% they can give ratings and upraisalas and promotion to a person who have achieved only 50%. HR is unavailable in Company even after 2.5 yrs I don't know who is my HR contact person.
