As I was fresher, to understand and learn process was a big task for me but with the help of my team & my boss it became easy. I was in sales so got an opportunity to meet different kind of people which helped me to improve my communication skills & interpersonal skills. Work environment was also good.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high so to maintain work-life balance is a difficult task. Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Work Details

My work was challenging as I have to look after the agents & day to day sales & operations but I have enjoyed it. Overall it was a great learning experience.

No one give us training,Job security and salary/ appraisal is on you performance and your relation with your bosses.. Really its too bad in terms of work-life balance
