I don't as my department encourages me to work on sick leaves, on weekends, and everything is priority task so one must have 3 brains, 8 hands, and super down to earth mentality so you can't say no.

Dislikes

Everything task is priority, requires 3 brains in one person to complete tasks in given time, the laptops are top quality so it will help you spend 8 hours to complete 2 hours of work, work life is very encouraging in the favour of company so get ready to get sick every week due to overwork but still even in bed you have to publish that report today eod, midnight is also good, I had to work in weekends, holidays, on sick leaves, helped me skip my studies for further development because management needed reports for their unplanned uninformed meeting they have in few minutes.
