No increments no retaining good performance people. if they continue the same they themselves will be responsible for their downfall i don’t want to take their names but this is the worst thing over their to much partiality between teams by manager

I had no objection with Reliance Digital as an organisation I had problem with my manager Mr. Shitabhra Basak to be particular. He doesn't possess the right attitude of a manager. He has excellent understanding about the business but in terms of people management he is a big zero. He is mean and self centric and doesn't know how to behave with his own employees.

This is my personal advice. Please change the salary package increase the salary. Mainly back office employees suffer the salary.that's it. And no more problems only salary problem. I'm also give for salary problem.

If any Festival in Day.means the not provide holiday never and never only you are work that's it, you time is extra overtime work but they not provide extra money. I am not like this culture because I am also human
