I'm happy with my job profile as a CRM.... but honestly I'm saying office environment is not good... There are lots of mental harassment at office. I'm facing regularly all those things. As a crm I'm direct contact with customer... From my side I'm always try to handle the situation but when the situation is out of control senior are not supported me in that time. All these activities are very much disappointed me. So, now I'm looking for jobs in others company maybe I'm wrong for other but mental peace is very important for a work place where we are working.
