No career growth for me. Though worked in top management level, and worked for more than 12 years nobody bothered about the salary hike. Always get appreciation but never converted to salary hike. After living job very difficult to convince other company about my competency due to less salary structure. Nothing to like in this company, senior manager thinks that they are superiors and not supportive for anything, they just order you to work like a slave, worst culture I have ever seen, I recommend not to join.

There is nothing liking about in Jio Bp. If you have nothing in your bucket then join. Always consider it as a last option. People are toxic you will find that you are being constantly being portrayed you are not a employee but a servant and doing job. Worst experience.

I Liked nothing in this company. People , culture, learning curve, growth nothing is worth giving so much of efforts. You will be required to give 200% of yourself but in return will be given nothing.

Nothing is good. Everything sucks. Don't join the ones who joined are leaving. One employee who joined 3 months back is on notice period now. The company sucks that much

Toxic company that never gives a peaceful day. Only thing that matters is sucking up to your boss and the work you do. No matter how hard you work or get the goals completed if u even get one thing wrong they mess up your appraisal. Half of the staff is in plan of leaving. 30% has already switched. People get really worst treatment and snobby head boss who rather than being invested in work are interested in how you look,what you do and everything personal.
