There is nothing liking about in Jio Bp. If you have nothing in your bucket then join. Always consider it as a last option. People are toxic you will find that you are being constantly being portrayed you are not a employee but a servant and doing job. Worst experience.

Nothing is good. Everything sucks. Don't join the ones who joined are leaving. One employee who joined 3 months back is on notice period now. The company sucks that much

Toxic company that never gives a peaceful day. Only thing that matters is sucking up to your boss and the work you do. No matter how hard you work or get the goals completed if u even get one thing wrong they mess up your appraisal. Half of the staff is in plan of leaving. 30% has already switched. People get really worst treatment and snobby head boss who rather than being invested in work are interested in how you look,what you do and everything personal.
