Many dislikes: 1. Promotion is based on your relationship with seniors. No matter you have excellent ratings. 2. Don't think for Appraisal, as every year with some or other reason they would not give. In last three years no appraisal done. Only market correction done last year, that too as attrition was very high. Even on leaves you needs to be available on phone & mails. Needs to travel from own car (have to purchase if not having) and gets reimburse for 11 rs per KM. It is same since 2015. Also you don't get any support for purchasing car, as done by Nayara energy....Read More

Career growth and Life growth is Nil. With respect to the Brand value and financial growth this firm commands in the market, it doesn't translate to any kind of Increment or bonus hike for employee. Long and unorthodox working hours. No proper system in place. Upper management is only concerned regarding achieving company profit at the cost of the employee's life.
