BPCL is known to be a MNC in PSU garb and this statement hold good completely for the organisation. The ethos and culture of the company is like any MNC corporate. Competitive and committed team with good culture. Training is more of baptism by fire where you learn while on job. You learn while combating challenges thrown by various market situation. Nothing specific to mention. Being PSU has its own baggages. Offlate all oil companies are being micromanaged from ministerial offices which has its merits and demerits.

Work Details

You are always on your toes. Being in front office you are looked upon as solution provider by all stake holders. It's not hectic but engaging.
