Not at all employee friendly. Very bad HR department. No flexibility at all in regards of work hours. Promotions are also not at par to compensate for the horrible policies. If you have God father in this organization then you can grow 2x. Otherwise you suffered. Only you can get your salary on time. Management don't know about how can we work.
