Likes

One can learn about lighting to the core. It's the best place for those who want to learn about lighting and manufacturing of the light. Work and life balance is manageable. One can give good time to the family along with the job.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No job security- the Managemnet can ask to leave the company any time. No career growth, no hierarchy in the company, salary never on time, some times gets delayed by 2 months, no appraisals, no incentives ever.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
