It's a lala company, just don't work here. For eg. you will earn 40k. There is no reimbursement of any type. Let's discuss what will be deducted from it. 15k petrol because you have to travel 100kms daily to find the lead. 2k your vehicle servicing, yes you have to get your vehicle serviced every month. Recharge of company number. No job security you can be replaced in 15 days. They will treat you like a road side animal. There is no fixed working or lunch time. Because of this company I was not able to celebrate by brothers wedding because they don't approve for PL. As i have joined this company through campus placement and it's been months so now i can review about this company. what i found out here is that you will learn a lot because company trains so hard. The mentors and branch manager i got here are very humble in nature and helps in every thing. i like the training process and working process. I got my first sale as well over here though pressure is so much but when you enter in the field of sales so there will only pressure. There is not a single thing to like about. Please do not join the company. No job security at all. I don't like Anything. It's not for interview is 10 logical reasoning questions Test. with only Wednesdays off, bad location and low maintained office and HR, I don't think so this office is going to make a difference. The patparganj branch's HR is terrible. The interior of the office is like 90's with fixed and broken chairs. The interview process is like a machine building session, they will call everyone on this planet possible without looking at your portfolio even. Even for a designer, they don't give a shit about your works but how well you have performed in your 10 logical reasoning questions. (Low IQ HR) with only Wednesdays off, bad location and low maintained office and HR, I don't think so this office is going to make a difference.
