As company has its own tools and system, it's become difficult to use this skills outside Regal .so after few year you will find really difficult to switch over to other company

Your work credit will go to your senior even he doesn't know what work you have done this is culture of Regal and this is at all levels.so New comers will only work and senior will get promotions. This is quite frustrating for new comers.

Hello job hunters if u specially from good colleges and have experience in good organization in Design ..don't join this group for only 20% hike ...it's just Coupling design group ...coupling don't have future ..and all people working are only Diploma holders ...as coupling Design is not any advanced Design so it doesn't need any good education...focus on good groups like thyssenkrupp, John Deer , Mahindra etc etc ...which are upgrowing companies ...regal is like call centre job ..That's why people working here won't get job outside bcoz on Coupling design you can't learn advance think ..it's Auto-Cad drafting Group ...as This group gives max 11 LPA package for senior engineer which need 8-11 years experience which is average package of GET of John deer , thyssenkrupp etc etc..job security is also insane bcoz your work is not difficult so it's easily replaced...Read More

Guys I have worked for more than 8 years in this organization as a Cad Designer. Org is average for work life balance but no job security they can throw you any time by giving quality reason or any other. HR is very dominate she is very rude in behaviour also top level management is very dominating lots of politics they are doing. There are so many employees who have crossed 10+ or 15+ years in this organization but main reason is there is zero tecnical knowledge you earn so over the years of experience you cats stable in market also 3D Solid Works and 2D AutoCAD tools are very low lavel. So think again before accepting offer from this organization. Good ambiance glass meeting rooms clean floors may atract you but check other technical things too.
