If you don't have any job in hand then only comsider such companies which lacks human values including their saudi division. Work culture is manager pro and employees are on their manager's mercy so be watchful for situations always. Nothing to like about it.

Worst management ever. No human values or understanding for human employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
