Dear Marketer As we write this your dues were paid in full. Unfortunately your employment overlapped with the COVID downturn of 2019-2020 and despite our best efforts, we could not salvage the situation. Being a bootstrapped startup, the capital resources could not suffice the surge of costs we faced as a B2C startup. Your payments in parts had started within 30 days inspite of the steep financial situation of businesses of our size nationwide; it did not stop you from sending a legal notice of 'malafide intent'. The company had shut operations for the longest time and the same was informed to you. While the founders were always available to communicate, your ask to resolve issues came with impractical timelines. Being a small team, your only point of contact were founders. However, here's hoping things turn out well for you now and in future.
