If you are fresher and want to gain knowledge about softwares and working in sales enviroment then good but not for long period

Seniors dont know how to treat juniors and target are unachievable and they cut salary for training ,leaves even you do not take salary and when you resign then they torcher and when you do not come office they send you warning mail amd hold you last month salary and deduct 15 days salary.very bad company

My experience was very worst with redcliffe on floor agents fight against agents and also Team Leader and official senior officer wasn't take any action during this . overall on my review basis redcliffe lifetech pvt Ltd isn't good company for working.I work here around 10 month but there are no rule no regulations on floor

redcliffe labs agents are very helpful and hardworking.

the management not good very bad environment and the manager don’t have knowledge about how to talk with agent and they don’t care about the company and using abusing languages and the HR department not supported you because he’s always support manager. HR not support any agent.
