... bed without support my family and miss Sanjana asking me for medical report.... I will share my report no issue I tell my family members that they will bring it from the doctor but you tell me when will you give the salary?

...ies and false commitments. So, I would say I hate everything about this company. Only good thing was salary got credited on time.

The work environment is pathetic. It is so bad that they have to fix the leaving time for females to 6 pm instead of installing cameras everywhere as even they are not sure if females are safe there or not. Another thing that happened with me was I had put in my resignation and I worked there for 18 days after sending resignation. My manager gave me the commitment that he will get my waiver approved for 12 days but when I tried reaching out to him after leaving, he started lying and not responding to my calls and messages. Instead of 14000 they gave me 5000 as my FnF settlement. They just do not care if you working hard or playing around. They start disrespecting the employees who work hard and having fun with the employees who just go there to pass their time. In the name of appraisal, they give 1500 increament even if you work like anything for the company. No respect for employees, very selfish seniors! Another thing, I literally had to beg to get my UAN number and my experience letter. It feels like I have wasted 4 months of my life, my energy for the company who does not know how to respect their employees. It affected my mental health as well as physical health adversely. What else should I say. As many dislikes I would like, it won't be enough ever. I would suggest everyone not to join this company and take your time and search for a better place to work at. Not only their employees, they do not even respect their customers and their time. TAT being 48 hours, reports are received to the patient after a week. DO NOT JOIN REDCLIFFE LABS AND PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER.

Nothing to like. It's a political organisation not a diagnostic lab . Not an employee friendly company. The HR department head Kuldeep Rawat is a fool. And so is the management and administration.

...t employees like animals. Do not waste your career by joining this organisation. They will trap you by giving higher pay scale but will then terminate you without any reason whenever they want. Basically his organisation is run by a bunch of fools who wear suits.

If you are fresher and want to gain knowledge about softwares and working in sales enviroment then good but not for long period

Seniors dont know how to treat juniors and target are unachievable and they cut salary for training ,leaves even you do not take salary and when you resign then they torcher and when you do not come office they send you warning mail amd hold you last month salary and deduct 15 days salary.very bad company
