Redcliffe Labs - Assistant Manager - Offline Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Job Title: Assistant Manager Offline Marketing.

Location: Noida.

Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BTL Marketing across major cities of India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage both ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) offline marketing activities across India.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Sales, Purchase, and Legal) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns in line with SOPs.

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

- Maintain proper documentation for reports, work orders, and other campaign-related materials.

- Work closely with the Head of Offline Marketing to implement and execute marketing strategies effectively across all regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in managing BTL marketing campaigns, ideally across multiple cities.

- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent vendor management and relationship-building capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proactive with a keen attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
