Sr. Sales Manager

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to drive business growth for CGHS, ECHS, and Ayushman Bharat healthcare projects.

The role involves engaging with government authorities, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote our services and ensure seamless execution of the projects.

Job Responsiblities:

Identify and engage with key stakeholders in CGHS, ECHS, and Ayushman Bharat schemes, including hospitals, clinics, and government officials.

Drive sales and partnerships by promoting company services under these government schemes.

Develop and maintain relationships with empaneled hospitals and diagnostic centers.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance for smooth onboarding and execution of government health schemes.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery, claims processing, and issue resolution.

Conduct presentations, meetings, and training sessions to educate stakeholders about the benefits and process of these schemes.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy changes related to the healthcare sector.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
