- Overall business development of the Centre

- Own P&L of the Centre

- Monitor the Centre operationally

- Increase in patient count every quarter

- Increasing the corporate & Insurance tie up

- Increase in no. of camps & Doctor referrals

- Increase in Pharmacy sales of the Centre

- Increase footfalls and sales of the Centre

- Get required support from Marketing department

- Plan and delegate manpower / materials for camps in the city in coordination with respective Marketing / Corporate Sales

- Statutory compliance like obtaining/ renewal of Pharmacy license, Fire License, Clinical Establishment license, BMW license, S&E license (labor license), FSSAI license, Trade license and other licenses whichever applicable for the Centre

- Crisis management at branches

- Resolving queries, handling issues, Ensuring timely delivery and smooth functioning of the entire Centre

- Solve critical issues at the branch level and escalate issues based on the nature to respective HODs at HO

- Report to the Cluster Head and AVP - Operations
