the management not good very bad environment and the manager don’t have knowledge about how to talk with agent and they don’t care about the company and using abusing languages and the HR department not supported you because he’s always support manager. HR not support any agent.

Working environment in the company is good like we have to maintain the hierarchy in every step and in case of an emergency we can directly talk to our bosses. Salary is never an issue for me as i receive salary on time form starting. Company really promot the true talents everytime.

No fixed salary if you 150 sample in a month you you will get full salary of less then 150 then 25%salary deduct . And per booking 50rs if you get 150sample per month Of you not done 150 sample.in month you will get only 25 rs Now coming in Feb month target in 180 then then full salary

Nothing to like. It's a political organisation not a diagnostic lab . Not an employee friendly company. The HR department head Kuldeep Rawat is a fool. And so is the management and administration.

Dislikes

They treat employees like animals. Do not waste your career by joining this organisation. They will trap you by giving higher pay scale but will then terminate you without any reason whenever they want. Basically his organisation is run by a bunch of fools who wear suits.

Nothing I like of Redcliffe lab no management, no weekoff always do different in woman and mens is only boys staff they do what they want harrasing women's staff specially Sumit who is admin and sandeep higher authority of his.
