Compensation is low compared to other companies. Also, the work culture slowly turning into service-based culture similar to IBM. After IBM takeover there has been tremendous changes in leadership owing to which stability is hampered and we are unsure of what should be our main goal or accomplishment

Medical policies providers should change first, we don't get proper benefits out of it. About yearly health checkup this time for 2022-23 we got very worst experience. No cab facility for Commute to office. After 7PM no food options in office so no employee stays late in evening.

Overall work culture is very good, as their product ( open source based) org also open to listen employees opinion and work on them. I rate RH as one of the best company to work.

There are very few managers ( generally you find much more in other org) in RH who have biased approaches which harm the progress of any individual in company, if you are reporting to them and not in their good books.
