Also, the work that is being done here is of so low quality and limited that it is useless to even mention in any other organization's interview. Nothing. The upper management is more interested in what kind of clothes people wear and what are they doing in there life after office. Senior director wants everything according to her way.She is a mad woman who fires people like she is distributing candies. And she herself doesnt know anything about the work. Full of fake accent.Dont want to take name but seriously i have not seen a more psycotic woman than her in my life. She has made the office hell. And she has the access to glassdoor reviews so she deletes all the negative reviews and ask the working employees or rather give them orders to write everything positive. USA has main office however those people are not at all interested in what is going on in India office they just want their work done. Thats it! No pay hike nothing.
