As per company norms all the facilities provided by management team are good. taking care of every employee during lock-down. Work culture is good. They try to secure the job lifestyle. Managements are quit satisfactory Good work environment. Positive responses are there. Good salary however other bonus are not yet received.

Dislikes

Salary is decent as per designation however like company policy. I think management responses are a little slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with the same team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
