The Orgn was once known for a good culture however, in the last 2 years it has gone down the drain with its pathetic people processes, biased culture and new leaders. The HR has no control on it and mostly used as a postman to create the so called happiness culture. A lot of money is being wasted on fun and frolic, leisure and travel for the ExCom and OpCom every quarter in the name of reviews including foreign trips. The HR team is mostly seen serving the excoms only with no accountability towards other people in the Orgn. HR is mostly on long leaves. Goal setting is a scam, since HR has no other agenda to drive, they reinforce the same agenda every year that too at fancy locations. At the end of the year it's futile. People are pushed to attend below par trainings just to achieve nos and show in townhall as achievements. No focus by HR on policies, recognition and people at factories, hardly any HR or Opcom visits from the HO to the factory. HR does not allow others to get promoted and cap their growth but in their own team they keep on promoting. They don't allow retention with salary correction but do that in their own teams. Promotions are announced before the closure of appraisal process with no logic, people long due for promotion are ignored but people who have not even completed the cycle are given double promotions. Below quality GMRs are hired and given preferential treatment over tenured staff just to keep the program running. Inexperienced Leaders are sent from group companies to divide and rule and create barriers between people, pollute the culture, Their job is only asking questions and not taking decisions. The leaders have no idea what's happening on the ground. ExCom keep asking teams to create successors but the same is not applicable to them.
