I am still working here from last 5 and half years. All below poor reviews possibly worked with me. Joined here as a sales agent and today heading a team of sales. Working on online and offline bookings both. We catering international market with high quality standard which require highly professional and best attitude anyways they will never able to understand who worked in mashroom setups which blossoms seasonal and love hop around like frogs every 6 months without skills.Let me tell you in-spite of corona we just have below 8% attrition till now ( last 6 years) having more then 50% employees more then 3 years....Read More

Was there for the interview for the TL Quality but the HR wants to check my ability through a Quality Executive only, that was very embarrassing for anyone who is experienced in the same domain from last 8 years. So I can't say any positive things for this company, cz they don't have any particular hierarchy to follow, for me its a Lala Ram Shop only. I like the way Management works here, they promise you something and in last you feel like being bluffed, HRs have not back bone here.

Dislikes

They change this process anytime, there is no SOP and if you dispute they have Management group including Anu and Sam their boss and one blind man as their Manager who made the decision to fire you anytime. Cheap thrilling workplace to work, I will leave this company soon

I have been working with Ray Travels from last 9 months and it has been a great experience for me till now. Even in the lockdown period company provided the whole salary to their employees there were not any kind of deductions. Employees got increments also in their salaries.
