Bonus is a good part of Rawbank, you get 3 bonuses in a year (June, July and December)

Growth is slow other than few departments and increments are not promised every year

Likes

Supportive teammates and supervisors are only concern for every employee amd with Raw bank, I was blessed to have both. Company policies were very well followed. Appraisals are fair with growth opportunities.

Dislikes

If due to any reason employee resign, they do not hire him again even if you were among best employee.
