Offshoot has been a great place for learning. I began my career here and it taught me not just how to edit books, but also to work as a team with different and differently-abled colleagues. This was a blessing as I am confident and communicating with my peers, regardless of their abilities, better. I worked on some very interesting projects that helped me transcend creative boundaries.

Option to work remotely would have been a blessing. I had to shift out of NCR and therefore, left the team.

This is specific to Offshoot. We worked in a very mentally tense environment. We were made to work over the weekends and provided comp offs which we were not allowed to use. The chief editor specifically was almost always harrassing everyone while she herself lacks intellect.
