This job has taught me everything there is to know about digital publishing and creating print content. I have also gathered skills such as voice-over recording and editing for ebooks. The editor in chief and team lead enable creativity and help me be a better editor. They enable a democratic way of working. Leaves are approved by them without much hassle. At Ratna Sagar, I was able to explore new opportunities through my work, Identifying new stakeholders and reaching out to them to help understand the programme and its uses. The opportunity allowed to take help of the team and better my understanding of what the end users need and how to address the needs

Working with Team Ratna Sagar is a great experience. I have learnt the basics of team work here. The verticle I was taken is rather new and I was given time to explore my way here, though experimentation and creating processes for interaction with stakeholders.

Dislikes

This is specific to Offshoot. We worked in a very mentally tense environment. We were made to work over the weekends and provided comp offs which we were not allowed to use. The chief editor specifically was almost always harrassing everyone while she herself lacks intellect.

-Office space constraints, not properly managed, somehow. Need to focus on workspace management
