This job has taught me everything there is to know about digital publishing and creating print content. I have also gathered skills such as voice-over recording and editing for ebooks. The editor in chief and team lead enable creativity and help me be a better editor. They enable a democratic way of working. Leaves are approved by them without much hassle. This is specific to Offshoot. We worked in a very mentally tense environment. We were made to work over the weekends and provided comp offs which we were not allowed to use. The chief editor specifically was almost always harrassing everyone while she herself lacks intellect.
