I got to learn so much during my tenure as copy editor. I loved my job here.
Dislikes
Sometimes, work comes very late, sometimes as late as 4pm. Sometimes the academic heads contact you late on Saturday nights to get their work done. The only consolation is (only for full-time employees) you will get a compensatory off if you work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Embibe is a very lively company. People here are very friendly and supportive. I haven't seen anybody's faces yet since I joined remotely. But still feels like I know them for ages. There is no hierarchy in the company. You can get into an intellectual debate even with the CEO. Basically, it doesn't matter who you are, your voice will be heard. The remuneration is high compared to other companies in the industry, Work-life balance gets a little disturbed at times, but I think that's mostly because of the remote work. Overall, every positive vibe with great learning and growth opportunities. I know people who have received more than 100% hikes. The partnership with Reliance has also ensured job security.
