nothing is to like here.

Dislikes

Really terrible experience here. Politics level from junior to senior level. No job security here whether you’re talented or old. Micromanagement is there. No growth and learnings.

Work Details

Not good.Stretch to work hours and shift rotations any time. Anytime calls over night as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
