Dislikes

Compensation is not at par across different positions n experience level. Sometimes, need to stretch working hours if the project is business critical n can't be ignored.

Work Details

70:30 management and coding practices, taking care of development team, project estimation, client communication as well as emphasis on process n documentation.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
