Staffs of only SMT department are very friendly & Helpful. In this department friendly culture is present.

There is lot of disadvantages about this company. First is there is no job security & salary issue also. This is not enough, if you are helpless or you have need job then you can join this company otherwise never try to join this company. If have not trust on my post you can ask to any employee of this company.

If you are Jobless and this is the last company on earth to work for then also do not join this organisation. By the Way this is not an organisation , it is a factory driven by some 3 or 4 idiots who thiks themselves as so called top of the table people who does not have tiniest brain in their big forehead. if I will start writing dislikes list is endless still i would like to write some : 1. No work life 2. you can be thrown anywhere anytime from your base location. 3. No place to stay wherever you will be thrown . 4. No Salary if you spoil boss Mood. 5. Biased company for whom to give salary or whom not to. 6. No support. 7. During interview HR say your working 8 hours other is OT. But after joining they don't provide OT . Working time is 12 hours . Here manager is very fool. If company have not worked then fair the employee or give layout. Never join this company if you have others options. This is 4th class company . After joining you know why I am saying this
