Rashmi Rare Earth Ltd is one of the rashmi group company.they are making laptop, desktop parts with recently started making N95 mask.They are making foolish,play emotion with employee,not giving salary,not job security,not supportive staff and superior.they geven me termination with in join 20days company.i had join this company resign from my well settle job.they want success in 10days for sales for N95 mask with 45rs rate per peice.even they deduct my salary package for 50%. Even they are not provide daily allowance for field staff.Now i am totally frustrate to do suicide. That was my life big mistake to join this fruad company....Read More

Well to be very frank presently company is in growing stage and the basic amenities like canteen, guesthouse facilities, buses to plants yet to be improve more. But the management is trying their best. One suggestion to company about accomodation kindly accomodate staffs as per their respective post or nearer post in the guest house. Otherwise Roxy guest is like home away from home
