The work culture is extremely toxic, making it a terrible place to work. People with no knowledge of analytics and product are leading these teams just because they talk well. Nepotism is everywhere, and promotions are given based on favoritism, not talent. Senior management knows about these issues but does nothing to fix them. If you complain to HR, you will be fired instead of getting help. Silent layoffs are happening, and employees are being pushed out without notice. The team is breaking apart, and almost everyone is trying to leave. They try to remove negative reviews from AmbitionBox and Glassdoor to hide the reality. The only good thing is that the salary arrives on time.

No matter how much planning and strategy you make to complete your tasks, your performance suffers because your seniors do not give timely approvals. And no action is taken even if you complain about them. No matter how much work you do, your seniors will never let you rise, and they engage in a lot of office politics with their employees.

No personal life, forget work-life balance. They'll make you feel grateful that they are not firing you (every month repeatedly), if you ever ask for leaves or cultural betterment. HR team is a puppet to founders and leadership. The leadership is not deserving but instead there because of nepotism and founder's bias. Product leadership at Rapido has always been driven by NON PRODUCT people. Everything is run by Operation team who acts like mafias. Promotion and hikes are only given to people basis the perception they create in the mind of the leadership (guess what, who all gets promoted? of course who can maintain being in the good-books of leadership even if they never work or make any effort to either).
