Nothing. If you want to work for charity, then definitely go for it.

Management was poor, no salaries at all, everybody is frustrated, employees literally had to cry to demand their own salary. Specially the CEO vinay kumar, is the most senseless, and insensitive person. He literally makes jokes of his employees. Overall the company is completely fraud.

No proper management, no training, only asking targets no system, no office boy, no pantary they don't even have spoon, salary is delayed till 15 th of month, then I found their CEO is a scammer and on bail and hr Ruksar is a fraud have many evidence against them
