Talking about growth, Rao is the best place to work at. Here, growth in terms of incentive is very high. They have weekly targets and on achieving these targets, we earn high incentives. This keeps the employees motivated. The entire team from topmost level to junior level is super friendly and supportive.

Here in Rao IIT we have supportive and Friendly Environment. Due to COVID-19 Lockdown they have started Rao Live Online Platform were it does not effect the coaching of students.

No proper management, no training, only asking targets no system, no office boy, no pantary they don't even have spoon, salary is delayed till 15 th of month, then I found their CEO is a scammer and on bail and hr Ruksar is a fraud have many evidence against them
