Work life in rao academy is smooth, as the team here is very supportive. Management also provide proper help, guidance and support whenever needed. Incentives are also very high.

Dislikes

Sometimes job becomes hectic because of the targets but yeah after hitting that target we get high incentives that gives a sense of accomplishment.

Work life at Rao IIT has always been very smooth and easy going. Yes there were hurdles in between but with proper team work and proper guidance of senior management, it has always been fun working with the team. Talking about the management, the management here is very supportive and understanding. Rao IIT provides an environment that encourages us to perform to our highest ability. Moreover we follow the system of open and honest communication which I feel is one of the best thing to be followed by everyone.
