The client location where I was placed had good colleagues.

Didn't get enough support and clear communication from Randstad, talked harshly in the onboarding process, take a lot of time to process the final settlement, no transperancy in the process.

Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..
