The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR

Salary negotiation is very poor since they will send offer without concerning and discussing with me. If an employee is serving off site and raises issue asks for support of relationship managers and escalates it to certain randstad leadership still there will be no action taken by randstad requirement administrative team. While sending appraisal letter will not concern with Employee at all.
