No job security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR

Salary negotiation is very poor since they will send offer without concerning and discussing with me. If an employee is serving off site and raises issue asks for support of relationship managers and escalates it to certain randstad leadership still there will be no action taken by randstad requirement administrative team. While sending appraisal letter will not concern with Employee at all.
