Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

They don't care about the tenurity , they are not providing any promotion and hike ,dumb TLS and they care about only your performance and targets poor salary even if you are worked more than 2 years, i regret to joined this organisation and wasted my time it effected my career path , I don't recommend for anyone if you have skill and strong knowledge pls don't take this opportunity for money you will regret after joining , they are treat you like robots not humans...Read More

The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

Very cheap management. They are the leader in micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
