The only thing I like is the company allows you work as you wish

I haven't seen these many politics anywhere , politics are too notch , if you see if you are close to manager and help them surely you will have some good perks of that , but if you do the same here you will get double promotion even if you don't have communication skills no process knowledge , if we complain to higher management,they all are in the same bucket ,it falls again on us and then we would have to leave the company...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
