The exposure to new technology and the interactions with the customer is very good. Company is good to start with as the number of employees are less than 20. You'll get the credit for your work

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is too less which can be considered as for just name sake. Lot of traveling and you'll not be able to focus on one domain. Multiple works come up suddenly. Nothing is there in facilities

Work Details

Over all good for me as a fresher in terms of learning and gaining industrial experience. If the salary is decent enough and focus is there on particular software products, one can continue

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
