The work culture and Pavitra maam (MD) is great ideal for everyone she is very kind women.

Management don’t take any action on people who are been accused. The Maneger there is full money minded person asks for money talk rubbish about the girl abused a girl on the floor still no action was taken the girl reached to the upper management even though there was no action taken the girl was forced to resign. No one care aboutthe review form which are submitted while release. The manger always ask for money and alcohol parties if stop giving he will start taking revenge on you. I would suggest you guys to please be aware before joining the company it’s just a awareness for people. I know this comment will also be deleted as management don’t want to take action on him. So many dislikes about this company of nagpur…. At this time this company is very buyers towards the employee….higher management just think for themselves only…. Ye company me ek TL hai joh ladkiyo ke sath kabhi tameez se baat nhi krta hai except one women…and the name is shehwaz khan….is insan ko koi bhi tamiz nahi hai baat krne ki….agar kisise iski khunnas hoti hai toh yeh insan uske piche is tarike se pad jata hai ki uska jina haram kr de…floor pr chilana…kisike against agents ko provoke krna…negativity failana floor pr sirf yeh kaam yeh jnsan kar sakta haii baki process knowledge isko 1% bhi kisi process ka nahi hai….nobody take action against him also…bhot sare against ne already site head, HR,AM,DM ko highlight kiya hai but kuch bhi nahi hota hai kabhi bhii…aur abhi bhi nhi hoga bcz ueh companies ko kisike rehne nahi rehne se koi frk nhi padta hai aur yaga har baar usiko samjhaya jata hai koh sahi hota haii…..previously this company is very nice but abhi jo situation h woh worst haii…need to rake action against such tupe of employees,support staff Second one is QAM i.e. Omkarsinh Rathod Yrh sir kabhi bhi floor pr available nhi hote hai everytime he is just sitting on sofa, floor pr unwanted cheeje khayi jati hai, bahar se cheeje andar laayi jaati hai phir bhi koi kuch nahi bolta hai bcz he is AM if agar ueh koj agent karta hai unke samne toh yeh jor se floor pr chilla dete hai…..bhot baar humne dekha hai ki yeh QA’s ko chilate hai bhot jaha un logo ko bhot bura lagta hai….as compared to him sahil sir is very supportive towards operation kindly look into this…..my TL and QA is best in this company…..both are very supportive…....Read More

No proper maintenance of work.Worked hard every day to achieve target with out doing some days interrupted mood by while signing how much work did than target that much salary hike so tried to do as much as possible but told its limited and fixed salary itself.
