I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Most patheic company...they have spoilt my career....all higher management is uneducated including the owners...typical lala company

Dislikes

There is no team wok...all employees work individually and at their own pace. The only thing all employees are busy with is work politics. I do not recommend people to work here
